Welcome to Backporting.ai

My name is Nikita. I am a Backporting Automation Researcher from Tuxcare. For the two years of my life I have been backporting patches for various OSS projects, from vim to glibc and openssl. For the next two - helping Tuxcare to automate this process and scale its product base. Per my job I have to keep up with latest news in the patch backporting field and broader Automated Vulnerability Repair (AVR) topic. This website is my contribution to the community of all people involved.

Every article, digest, and resource you find here is carefully curated to provide value to the community. Whether you're conducting research, implementing backporting solutions, or simply staying informed about the latest developments—this platform is for you.
